We are excited to pioneer a new introductory, paid program aimed at providing the necessary relative experience to jumpstart a career in a private events venue. We are looking for truly compatible teammates and if you are looking for relevant experience with a small team feel then this just might be the perfect match. During your employment with us, you will become well-rounded in all aspects of venue and event management including Venue Sales & Marketing, Event Logistics, Planning, Event Management & Preparations, On-Site Venue Management, & Event Staff. This program is challenging, both mentally and physically. It is designed for detail-oriented, honest, hard-working individuals whose heart seeks to support the joy in others and curate experiences like never before.

This is a paid program and you will be considered an employee during your time with us. We believe in working smarter, not harder. Time is one of the most valuable assets you have and therefore no one ever works for free. You will be compensated hourly with some additional bonus opportunities.
No prior experience is required (however it never hurts!) You must have a passion for the industry and hospitality.
24- or 40- hour per week guaranteed tracks to choose from depending on availability. For 40-hour tracks, there are health benefit opportunities after 90 days.
The program is designed to take at least 6 months to be a fully integral part of the team and up to 1 year to provide credentials for a potential salaried position. We ask that you commit to your weekly positions for 6 months and recommend at least 1 year.
Full salaried positions that open up within Terminus 330 or partner venues and companies are usually filled by participants from this program.
